Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, or grocery shopping. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you have a disability. No membership is required.

The Home Care with Transportation program is a non-emergency medical transportation service that is available to older adults. The program offers transportation via taxi, as well as private rides in a car. Riders can schedule their transportation at least one day in advance and have the option to pay with insurance, vouchers, coupons, donations, or Medicaid. The program also allows for payment by check, credit card, or cash, and pre-payment is accepted. There is a membership fee or a flat fee charged for the services provided, and pricing details are included as part of a home care package. The program offers door-to-door transportation, as well as curb-to-curb services, and riders can bring service animals with them. Additionally, the program provides assistance with packages or bags and offers shared rides for those who prefer a more cost-effective option. With the option for on-demand scheduling and drivers who can wait while passengers run errands or attend appointments, the program aims to make transportation accessible and convenient for older adults in need.
