The program provides the flexibility of accepting various forms of payment including insurance, vouchers, donations, and Medicaid, with a membership fee and a flat fee per one-way trip. Additionally, Dial A Ride offers private transportation services using cars or vans, accommodating individual needs. This paratransit program not only caters to medical appointments but also assists riders with their packages and bags, enhancing the overall experience. Riders have the option to pre-pay for their rides or pay using methods such as checks, credit cards, or cash.
