Provides rides for only the following purposes: medical appointments. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you have a disability, you are a veteran, or you have no other means of transportation. No membership is required.

The Lift Line - Veterans Medical Transportation program offers complimentary transportation services for older adults who are veterans. This program utilizes vans to ensure safe and reliable transportation for individuals to attend medical appointments and other essential engagements. Riders are required to schedule their rides in advance, typically a few days ahead of their planned trip, to accommodate the demand for services. Whether traveling to medical appointments, therapy sessions, or other critical destinations, individuals can rely on the Lift Line - Veterans Medical Transportation program to provide them with a convenient way to reach their destinations.
