Please make sure to contact Amador Stars: Cancer Treatment Transportation Program to confirm details of their transportation services.

The Cancer Treatment Transportation Program offers free transportation services for older adults who need to travel to cancer treatment facilities. The program utilizes cars and vans to provide shared curb-to-curb rides, allowing older adults to access the care they need in a convenient and supportive manner. Riders are encouraged to schedule their rides a few days in advance through the Rides In Advance system. While donations are gladly accepted to support the program's operations, there is no cost to the older adults utilizing this service. This program aims to alleviate the stress of transportation logistics so older adults can focus on their health and well-being during their cancer treatment journey.
