To utilize this service, riders are required to book their rides in advance, ensuring smooth coordination and timely pickups. The program offers flexibility in payment methods, accepting insurance, vouchers, donations, and even Medicaid payments. Riders can choose between a membership fee, flat fee, or pay as they go with a reasonable pricing structure of $2 each way.

The program provides door-to-door transportation, assistance with packages or bags, and accommodation for service animals. Service Area
On Tuesdays, Dial-A-Ride will travel east as far as Duarte's City of Hope, but not in the westerly direction. On Thursdays, Dial-A-Ride will travel west as far as Pasadena's Huntinton Hospital, but not in the easterly direction. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays Dial-A-Ride will travel in both directions for scheduled appointments.
