Riders can schedule rides in advance, with options for on-demand scheduling for added flexibility. This program caters to the needs of its riders by accepting various payment methods, including insurance, vouchers or coupons, donations, Medicaid payments, and credit card or cash payments. The pricing details are structured to be affordable, with a flat fee of $2 per trip or $4 for a round trip. Additionally, Dial-a-Ride offers door-to-door transportation, assisting riders with packages or bags as needed. Service animals are welcome, ensuring older adults can travel with their companions.
