The FLEX Shuttle Service program offers affordable transportation options for older adults. With a nominal fee of $4 for each ride, participants can access convenient transportation services. FLEX On Demand steps in to cover the remaining cost of the ride, up to $20. If the ride exceeds $20, participants are responsible for the difference, ensuring a fair and transparent payment system.
