Riders can make arrangements by scheduling their rides in advance, usually at least a day or a few days beforehand, and sometimes up to a week. Participants can pay for their transportation using various methods, such as insurance, vouchers, donations, credit cards, checks, or cash. While there may be a membership fee or flat charges for rides, some aspects of the pricing details remain undefined. In addition to individual private rides, this program also provides shared rides for cost-efficiency. The service extends door-to-door and curb-to-curb assistance, ensuring older adults can safely reach their destinations. This inclusive program caters to riders with service animals and offers assistance with packages or bags as needed.
