The program provides private rides using taxis, cars, vans, buses, or trains based on the individual's needs. Home Care program prioritizes accessibility by accepting various forms of payment, including insurance, vouchers, donations, and Medicaid. Pricing details are flexible, based on the services required, with a minimum three-hour booking required. Riders can benefit from additional assistance such as having drivers wait during appointments or errands. The program also accommodates service animals and offers door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation services to ensure a comfortable and stress-free journey for older adults.
