Provides rides for any purpose, as long as you meet one of the following criteria: you have a disability.

The In-Home Care program offers transportation services for older adults who may need assistance getting to medical appointments, running errands or attending social engagements. With the convenience of this program, older adults can rely on a dedicated driver who will wait for them while they complete their tasks, providing peace of mind and a sense of security. This program operates on an hourly rate basis, with a minimum of 4 hours of service required. Payment through insurance is accepted, and pricing may vary depending on the specific service needed. Credit card payments are also an option for added convenience. To ensure seamless transportation arrangements, older adults are advised to schedule their rides at least a few days in advance. This allows for proper coordination and allocation of a driver to cater to the individual needs of each older adult. When booking transportation through the In-Home Care program, consider utilizing the Rides In Advance feature for added flexibility and tailored assistance.
