Riders can utilize insurance, vouchers, donations, or pay a membership or flat fee to access the service, which also accepts Medicaid payments and various forms of payment including credit cards and cash. The program's pricing details include a three-hour minimum charge, with quotes available upon inquiry. As a paratransit program, Home Care assists older adults with bags or packages and caters to those needing private rides, ensuring door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation services. The service allows for on-demand scheduling, shared rides, and a driver who can wait for passengers during errands or appointments. Service animals are welcome, and transportation is provided through cars, vans, buses, or trains following fixed routes. Riders are encouraged to schedule rides in advance, with options to do so days or even a week ahead for added convenience.
