Accessibility is a key feature of this program, as it ensures that riders can schedule rides in advance, with options for on-demand scheduling available as well. One of the unique aspects of ACCESS is its flexible payment options, which include insurance, vouchers, donations, membership fees, flat fees, and Medicaid payments. Pricing is transparent, featuring a $3 one-way ride option, a $30 package deal for 10 rides, and free rides for those participating in the senior nutrition program within the designated areas. The program also accommodates various payment methods such as cash, checks, credit cards, and pre-payments to ensure a seamless experience for older adults utilizing its services. Furthermore, ACCESS prioritizes rider comfort and safety by providing door-to-door, curb-to-curb, and shared transportation services.
