Go Orange operates on an hourly rate basis, allowing riders to pay for their trips efficiently. In addition to its diverse transportation options, Go Orange provides flexibility with on-demand scheduling and shared rides, making it easier for older adults to reach their destinations in a timely and cost-effective manner. Riders can schedule their trips in advance, ranging from a few days to one week, and can even opt for door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation services. Moreover, Go Orange accepts various forms of payment, including insurance, vouchers, donations, credit cards, and cash, ensuring accessibility for all participants. Furthermore, Go Orange prioritizes rider comfort and convenience by allowing service animals on board, assisting with packages or bags, and offering drivers who can wait for passengers during appointments or errands.
