To use this program, riders can pay for services using insurance, vouchers, donations, credit card, cash, or check. There may be a membership fee, flat fee, or hourly rate, with a minimum service duration required. The program also accepts Medicaid payments and pre-payment for services. Additionally, riders can bring service animals on their journeys, and the transportation service offers assistance with packages or bags. Whether older adults need transportation for medical appointments, grocery shopping, or social outings, the Incidental Transportation program provides a reliable and accommodating service tailored to their needs.
