Riders are required to schedule their rides in advance, ensuring a seamless and efficient service. The program also accepts Medicaid payments and offers payment flexibility through methods like checks, credit cards, and cash. Additionally, the program provides door-to-door transportation, assisting older adults with packages and bags, and allowing service animals to accompany riders. Service Area

Tuesdays to Redwood City, and within Menlo Park on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Trips to Redwood City are only for shopping destinations. Wednesday and Saturday trips can be booked for trips to the store, pharmacy, bank, medical appointments, Stanford Shopping Center, Stanford Medical Center, and Palo Alto Medical Foundation.
