Provides rides for any purpose, as long as you meet one of the following criteria: you have a disability.

Paratransit is a flexible non-emergency medical transportation service available to older adults who may need assistance getting to medical appointments, running errands, or attending social activities. This program offers private rides using taxis and cars, as well as shared rides in vans or through fixed bus and train routes. Riders have the option to schedule rides on-demand or in advance, with the convenience of door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation services. For those utilizing Paratransit services, there are various payment options available such as insurance coverage, vouchers, donations, Medicaid payments, and credit card payments. The program strives to accommodate different financial situations by offering a membership fee, flat fees, or per-mile charges. Additionally, riders can pre-pay for their trips or pay in cash at the time of service. Service animals are welcome on board, and the program ensures that passengers can bring along packages or bags during their journey. Whether a rider needs a quick trip to a nearby location or longer-term planning for a week ahead, Paratransit aims to provide reliable and convenient transportation solutions for older adults in the community.
