Riders can schedule their rides in advance, accommodating their appointments or errands, with the flexibility of on-demand scheduling available as well. The program provides various payment options, including insurance, vouchers, donations, and Medicaid payments, making it accessible to a wide range of individuals. Pricing is structured to be affordable, with different rates depending on the destination within or outside the ADA corridor. Additionally, there are membership and flat fees, along with the option for pre-payment and payment by check, cash, or credit card. An important feature of Gold Country Lift - Paratransit is its focus on customer service and convenience. Riders can expect door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation, ensuring a seamless experience from pick-up to drop-off. The program also allows riders to bring service animals along and offers assistance with packages or bags when needed. Service Area

Service area includes the ADA corridor, which covers three-quarters of a mile on either side of the Gold Country Stage fixed route service, as well as defined local areas throughout western Nevada County, Grass Valley, Nevada City, Rough and Ready, Penn Valley and Lake Wildwood. In addition, we will provide paratransit services throughout an outlying defined paratransit area as service hours and resources are available
