Riders can schedule their trips in advance, typically requiring at least a day's notice, ensuring they can access the transportation they need when they need it. One of the key features of Paratransit is its affordability. Riders can expect a one-way fare based on the distance traveled, with a maximum fare capped at $3.50 (excluding specific regions). Payment options are varied, including insurance, vouchers, donations, and even Medicaid payments. The program also provides assistance with packages or bags and allows riders to travel with service animals.
