Rides must be scheduled in advance, requiring members to plan their transportation needs a few days ahead of time. The program ensures door-to-door service, meaning that older adults can be picked up and dropped off directly at their specified locations. The program is designed to cater to the needs of older adults, providing a safe and efficient way for them to travel to various destinations while maintaining their independence.
