Provides rides for any purpose, as long as you meet one of the following criteria: you are 60+ years old.
The Out & About program offers convenient transportation services for older adults using cars. Riders can travel within Coronado for $1, and for destinations outside of Coronado, prices range from $2 to $4 depending on the distance. This program also accommodates riders with packages or bags. To utilize this service, older adults are required to schedule their rides a few days in advance. Payments for rides can be made by check or in cash. It's recommended to plan ahead by using the Rides In Advance option when booking transportation through the Out & About program.
