With transparent pricing, Dial a Ride offers tiered trip fares starting from as low as $1 each way, providing affordability and flexibility for its users. The program also caters to those with specific requirements, offering paratransit services and assisting individuals with packages or bags during their journey.
Moreover, Dial a Ride provides a range of payment methods from checks to credit cards, and even cash, ensuring accessibility for all participants. Service Area
Tier 1:Service is provided for Cerritos residents to and from any destination within Cerritos, Artesia, and portions of La Palma and Norwalk. Residents will be picked up by Dial-A-Ride vans. Tier 2:Cerritos residents may travel to and from any medical facility or hospital within a three-mile radius of Tier 1. Passengers will be picked up by a taxi for Tier 2 trips. Tier 3:Cerritos residents may also travel to City approved medical facilities and hospitals outside the Tier 2 boundaries. passengers will be picked up by taxi for Tier 3 trips.
