Services available to Azusa, Baldwin Park, Covina, Duarte, Glendora, Irwindale, Monrovia, San Dimas, West Covina, Senior Center (nutrition program only). Non-medical appointments (excepting Social Service Offices) are limited to Azusa city limits.
