There are different pricing structures available, such as hourly rates, flat fees, or per mile charges, depending on the specific service utilized. Public transportation also accommodates Medicaid payments for eligible individuals. One of the convenient features of this program is the option for shared rides, which can reduce costs and provide a social aspect to the journey. Additionally, door-to-door and curb-to-curb transportation services are available, ensuring older adults can travel safely and comfortably. Riders may also request assistance with packages or bags and are welcome to travel with service animals.
