Please make sure to contact Eastside Neighbors Volunteer Program: Volunteer Senior Transportation to confirm details of their transportation services.

The Volunteer Senior Transportation program offers older adults in the community a valuable resource for getting to their destinations conveniently and safely. This program connects older adults with volunteer drivers who generously provide transportation services using their personal vehicles. Riders can schedule rides in advance, ensuring they have the transportation assistance they need to attend appointments, run errands, or meet with friends and family members. One of the key benefits of the Volunteer Senior Transportation program is that it is entirely free of charge for older adults. This eliminates financial barriers and allows older adults to access transportation services without worrying about costs. Additionally, the program also offers transportation via vans, accommodating group trips or older adults with mobility needs. If you are an older adult looking for a reliable and affordable way to get around your community, consider utilizing the Volunteer Senior Transportation program. By scheduling your rides in advance and connecting with dedicated volunteer drivers, you can enjoy increased independence and social connections while accessing the transportation support you need.
