This program provides help to you if you are caring for an older adult or someone with a disability and you need to take a break from caregiving. The person you are caring for can also get services such as:
- Companionship to reduce social isolation.
- Homemakers and home health aides to lend a hand with housework, laundry, shopping, and running errands.
- Adult day health services that take place outside the home and include social activities and health care services.
