This program can help you get services for yourself or an older adult you are caring for. Services can include:
- Adult day care: You can take part in social activities that occur outside of your home. Adult day care may also include health care services.
- Respite care: Caregivers can get a short break through these services.
- Case management: A social service professional will work with you and your family to find out which services you will need so that you can stay at home.
- Job training: This service can help you learn new skills and rejoin the workforce. Customer service, resume writing, interviewing, job search techniques, or computer and clerical skills may be part of the training.
- Volunteer: You can get help finding opportunities to volunteer your time in your community.
- Transportation: Find out about low-cost, door-to-door transportation.
