How can this program help me?
This program can provide you with support to give you a short break from caring for a person with Alzheimer's disease or dementia. A respite worker will help you care for your loved one by providing the following services:
- Help with daily personal tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Healthy meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Emergency medical assistance
- Transportation for activities and outings
