To make use of this program, older adults need to schedule their rides at least a day in advance, allowing for smooth coordination. The program offers various payment options for its services, including insurance, vouchers, donations, and membership or flat fees. Medicaid payments and pre-payment via credit card or check are also accepted. Moreover, the program caters to the specific needs of older adults by providing private car rides, paratransit services, and assistance with packages or bags when needed. The program's pricing is distance-based, ensuring fair charges for the traveled distance. Additionally, older adults have the flexibility to schedule on-demand rides, shared rides, or rides on a fixed schedule, depending on their preferences.
