Provides rides for any purpose, to all people, and no membership is required.

The Demand-Response Public Transportation program offers convenient and reliable transportation services for older adults and individuals with disabilities who require non-emergency medical transportation. This program operates as a public transit service providing private rides via taxis and cars. Riders are encouraged to schedule their rides in advance, with options for on-demand scheduling available as well. A variety of payment methods are accepted, including insurance, vouchers, coupons, donations, and Medicaid payments. Pricing for rides varies based on the location, with discounts available for older adults and individuals with disabilities. The program also offers membership and flat fee options for riders within city limits, in Montgomery and out of County, and outside city limits. In addition to providing transportation via buses or trains, the program offers paratransit services, ensuring door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation for its riders. Riders can also benefit from the option to schedule rides weeks in advance and enjoy the presence of a driver who will wait during errands or appointments. Service animals are permitted, and assistance with packages or bags is also available.
