Riders can schedule rides at least one day in advance, with the option to book few days or weeks ahead for added convenience.

Riders can pay for their trips using insurance, vouchers, donations, or out of pocket with cash, credit cards, or checks. The pricing structure is designed to be inclusive, with standard fares set at $1.00 per one-way trip, and discounted rates of $0.50 available for individuals aged 65 and over, Medicare/Medicaid cardholders, students, and children under 6.
