Riders are encouraged to schedule their transportation a few days ahead to ensure availability and timely service. One of the benefits of this program is that it is free of charge, allowing older adults to access transportation without financial burden. Participants in the Transportation Assistance program have the flexibility to ride with their service animals, ensuring they can travel with comfort and ease.
